Do you want to build your confidence in Maths?

Join our free Maths course for adults run by Multiply at Training Link in Somers Town!

Benefits and Employment Support 

We are happy to report we now have a new Benefits and Employment Support Worker who can help and support local clients with benefit applications & appeals and employment applications & CVs.

Our Drop-in / Free Internet Cafe sessions are running on Tuesdays 4pm to 5:30pm and on Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. All welcome to use the internet, check emails etc. Our IT co-ordinator is available to offer support. Thanks to Somers Town Big Local for funding these sessions for three months.

Our English Discussion Group meets in term time at Training Link on Fridays 10.30am to 11.30am. New people welcome.

We are always looking for volunteer tutors for our Adult Literacy Project. About 1.5 to 2 hours a week helping someone improve their reading or writing.

On Fridays from 10.30am to 2.30pm Chris, our ESOL & Adult Literacy tutor is working at Training Link.  He is available from 11.30am to help with online courses.

Free online vocational courses

Looking to improve your skills to find work or a better job? We have places available on our Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2, Customer Care, Manual Handling, COSHH and health & Safety for Care workers courses. Other courses also available. Apply via our application form link, or come to Training Link on a Monday or Tuesday after 10am. Learners need basic computer skills and ESOL / English at Entry 3 to do these courses. These courses can be done remotely or at Training Link.


Employment advice & CVs

Our Benefits and Employment Support Worker can also help with writing / developing CVs. If you would like some advice, or to work on your CV, please email advice@traininglink.org.uk to book a session.
